Mesa County 22 Road Corridor Study and Road and Canal Bridge Reconstruction

RCE designed the reconstruction of about 3,300 feet of rural county roadway for Mesa County.  The final design involved a combination of asphalt overlay and full depth roadway reconstruction to minimize disturbance.  Large retaining wall and canal box culvert design were included in the project, design required close utility coordination and infrastructure relocation.  RCE conducted open house/neighborhood meetings and coordinated design with all affected property owners.
