RCE designed the reconstruction of about 3,300 feet of rural county roadway for Mesa County. 

Prepared horizontal and vertical roadway design, design of storm drain system, sanitary sewer, water, and irrigation for nearly one-half mile of roadway between Normandy Drive and 29 Road.

Realignment design and safety improvements of 2.3 miles of Delta county roadway.
