Rolland Consulting Engineers (RCE) is a civil engineering consulting firm offering civil design and surveying services in Western Colorado and Eastern Utah.
We provide efficient and economical engineering solutions to municipalities, land developers, architects, and contractors in Western Colorado and Eastern Utah. RCE was founded in 2009 after the retirement of Rolland Engineering’s founder. It is the progression of the same commitment to quality work that our clients have grown to expect.
