Our team has been working together as Rolland Consulting Engineers since 1998, committed to delivering the quality of work our clients have come to expect. Together, we have served the civil engineering and surveying needs of nearly 600 clients. The RCE team consists of two Professional Engineers, two Licensed Professional Surveyors, and skilled support staff, all with extensive experience in a wide range of civil and surveying services.
